I honestly want to be surprised with both having an amazing plot, plot twist and overall great writing and acting.

Both look like your cliche coming of age films. Young love, trying to find yourself etc etc.

If they both flop it won't surprise me.

Bollywood done too many of these ROM COM films.

JJ has no love story that I know of. There is no finding of yourself. It is adventure movie for children. You may want to add some other movie in your title. Read about movies before writing about them

There are always moral lessons in Kids films. They will play up on that.

If it ain't a romance why is Katrina there?

They will be 'Finding Themselves' I am sure of it.

based on this year and how most hyped movies turned out to be in the end... i have no expectations from next year... but i wouldn't give up on jagga jasoos just yet, because its anurag basu...if jagga jasoos's trailer is anything like barfi's it should be awesome 👍🏼

Kat is journalist who helps jagga find his father. It is detective story in lines of Tintin. Adventure and fun targeted at young children. Looking at target audience Moral lessons will have to be downplayed.No romance either.

Not directly involved with movie. So I am not sure if you want to quote me. But this is what I have heard about movie that ran and kat are not paired. Looking at target audience sounds plausible.

We will find out about its appeal and details soon enough once trailer is released.
