We didn't doubt their relationship status had changed a few months ago for even a bit. Singh was told off by his current director to keep his romance with Padukone on a slow-flame, at least in public, so his upcoming film could remain the sole focus. Singh plays a raunchy Romeo in the movie and needed to be seen as a sexy singleton. We hear the hands-off embargo was until a fortnight before the film's release, which is why the lovers have been spotted often enough lately. But have your eye-fill ladies, Singh will soon be going into public hibernation, as he jumps into shooting for his next film, Sanjay Leela Bhansali's period epic. And we all know how much Bhansali extracts from Singh and how this thorough actor obliges his filmmakers. He won't be at any events, and there will be no endorsements, and no public outings, as Singh nosedives into his longmaned character. We must admit we will miss him.
