These all were posters once..
You see it is not about the celeb ( though the celebrity promoting the product can't refuse his/her responsibility) but how the world looks at/behaves/treats a human being( male/female) based on what kind of reproductive system it has got.

Equating girls with work or boys with work, both are sexist.

The brand is advertising men's shirt and the guy is carrying the girl on his shoulder. So the brand is mainly advertising men's attitude with the tagline "don't hold back. take your work home".

The addition of male liftman makes the matter worse.

Had they published the poster with role reversal the ad would have been as much sexist as it is now but from women's POV.

Carrying somebody of opposite gender on shoulder with that "very" tagline shows superiority over that gender.

If they had shown male and female models holding hands, walking on their feet, returning from office with meaningful gestures or expression from both the sides and not showing someone superior to another, then it might not be this much sexist.

That's my opinion.

You are so articulate! I agree with everything you said.

What has happened to him nowadays? I'm surprised that he thought this was an acceptable ad.
He hits a new low each time. Sleazy and cheap.
