I think you're ignoring the possibility that there has been a shift about the perception of DP. people don't think of her as "genuine" or emotionally honest anymore. On PV itself RK/RS fans used to use DP's preference as a plus point, now it's a negative. Even the comments on RS's Instagram, YouTube videos used to be all about his association with DP, but now you have people who are loosely interested in celeb gossip talking about how weird the dynamic is between the three of them. Of course this is a small number, and she's still immensely popular a la Taylor Swift. But 2015 craze for Deepika has dimmed from 2013 craze.

He should tie the knot only if he is fully ready and to someone he knows from years and who knows him from years. He is eccentric and not just the girl alone but family of the girl needs to adjust with his eccentricities.
