LOL I never knew going to see a dermatologist means cosmetic surgery or skin lightening. Not saying she hasn't done lightening which she needs to stop doing.

But just because her skin "looks perfect" like some said here doesn't mean you can't see a dermatologist. Could be anything, something anywhere on her body.

Could be all sorts of treatments, facials, lasers, Anything!!

Could be for her hair as well, as people said she is having a problem with her hair so it could be for her scalp she is seeing someone.
