Yeah, I will agree that she wasn't talking about salary but she specifically said that she and Kareena could open a film just as big as Varun and John and that they have a wider audience. Saying stuff like that isn't very wise in my opinion especially since the movie hasn't released but anyways, let's see how Veere Di Wedding does. I don't think she meant it in a malicious way because Varun is quite close to the Kapoor siblings. She was definitely obnoxious in calling herself a big star if you watch the interview 😆😆

Sexism does exist in the industry but it would make more sense if a Katrina Kaif or a Deepika Padukone raised this issue for their films Mere Brother Ki Dulhan & RamLeela/BM respectively .. but Ikaun who so conveniently grouped herself with Kareena ( not that she is any good 😆 ) raising this issue just goes on to prove she suffers from Delusions of grandeur .. 😆 .. and going by the topic post , I blame her sister for that .. 😆
