Interving as a manager and as a sister isn't the same. If Rakesh had intervened as HR film producer and not as a father I wouldn't have said anything.

How does it make a world of a difference when Rakesh or Rangoli act on personal or professional courtesy ? .. when Rangoli acts as Kangana's manager , does she stop being Kangana's sister ? .. can you pinpoint the exact point wherein Rangoli morphes into a sister & stops being a manager & vice versa .. can you pinpoint the exact point wherein Rakesh morphes into a producer & stops being a father & vice versa .. that's the thing with mixing personal & professional lives .. things can never be too impersonal .. it's always there .. so how do you exactly manage to separate these things ? .. is there a parameter-yardstick that is perhaps known to you alone , might as well consider enlightening the rest of us ..

The fact is you ended up giving a contradicting example in the current case .. what you said holds true for Salman , Ranbir & Deepika .. but it fails to justify linking it to Hrithik , Kangana ( & Sonam )..

That video of Rangoli-Kangana media interaction about Hrithik fiasco is a glaring example .. what you said about Hrithik , holds true for Kangana & not vice versa ..

As for Sonam , haven't you heard of Anil Kapoor brushing away Sonam's 'foot in mouth syndrome' as being 'childlike' ? .. how is it any different from justifying the man-child Salman Khan ? .. havnt heard of Anil Kapoor coming to daughter's rescue by rubbishing the rumors about Sonam bragging PRDP due to Anil ? .. mind you , I won't be bothered with quoting the links for you .. a simple Google search should serve you well ..
