You can put electric wires, you can put walls but you cannot have a jawan standing at every 10m of the land where our country touches our neighbours right? Of course Govt. tries the best of measures to avoid intrusion but these people who enter are well trained too. Breaking and entering happens. Not only Kashmir but even from China side at times.
