Ji nahi. He said everybody knows Pakistan is not behind those attacks. You are the only one who is twisting, or assuming that he said anything else than what he actually said. That half research article is a direct quote from him. Let's see an article where he said what you claims he said.

yeah remember this one...Salim Khan went to meet MNS chief Raj Thakrey after Salman made this statement fearing protests like SRK faced during MNIK(at that time MNS was newly formed party and were opposite SS)...

haan ji...inhi mahashay ke statements misinterpret hote hain hamesha..poor guy makes totally non controversial and inoffensive statements like "I felt like a raped woman","these attacks were from within"... I don't know why everybody is ever ready to misinterpret only his statements😭...he is just a simple,bloated,51 year old inarticulate child.

It doesn't irk me what he said. However it irks me when people are expected to decipher his true intention or they are told they are wrong because he contradicts himself and have his father apologize for this man child.
