I agree. I am completely plugged into the Dallas desi entertainment scene. I am being bombard with emails for even little things like a dandia event, a Diwali mela and even something strange called a Bollyween as these are ticketed events. Organizers want people to come so they see to it that these central places are notified. But the Dallas meet and greet was so badly organized, the first thing I heard was here. Also, they were supposed to have a meet and greet at Chicago the same day and they were in Dallas around 5 or 5.30. It is a 2.5 hours flight approximately even by private plane and how in the world could they have reached Chicago and gone there IDK. Badly organized and they should have given more days.

Its these swindler, dhokebaaz Event Organizer companies operating in the US and Caribbean! They often do things like that, organize events with stars and then dont deliver what they promised.

They swindle money, dont provide proper accommodation, proper amenities to the stars which makes them mad and they dont cooperate after the first event.

The organizers cheat and mislead the people too, who buy the overpriced tickets... they put in their own people's acts before the celeb acts, or promote local talent and waste time that way instead of calling the stars onstage, the stars that the people actually came to see.

I have read similar stories when some TV stars went to perform in West Indies and they were harassed and cheated by the organizers.

But in this case, it was also unprofessional on Ajay-Kajol's part...even if they were pissed off at the organizers, they shd have considered the fans who paid so much money to meet and greet them. BAD, VERY BAD! 👎🏼

yaar I would have gone to see Ajay/Kajol...175 dollars was an OK price for 2 A listers...but I got to know about it after the event was over😡...yahan per sunidhi , shreya aati hain toh ye log jaan le lete hain emails bhej kar...Funasiaper announce kar kar ke...aur for Ajay/Kajol ...it was zero/sannata

ohh come on! There is waste of time also that cant be refunded. And if a person hv commitmnt she should be professional n complete that by hook and crook untill n unless god forbid she meets wd something serious fortune. And she was doing google n fb meets so it cant be dt serious

LOL I for one would have never paid more than $10-20 to see any celeb. 😆 Not that crazy fan of anyone. But I guess BW is something very close to NRI's hearts! They perhaps try to cherish that as they're miles away from their homeland.

But the organizers and actors are absolutely conning them. Itna paisa lo par thikse photo bhi na khich ne do. They're rightfully demanding funds. Imagine how much shopping can be done with that money! 😆

I would have gone too, had I known earlier. Organization is key. I went to the Illayaraja (South Music director) meet and greet and concert the previous Friday and Saturday. We got tickets weeks earlier by email. Then on that Friday we got an email to pick up actual tickets with seat numbers from a location as the concert was sold out for 7000 people. We were told to come early for the concert for security. So we turned up at 6, parking was there. Stood in line and were in by 6:30. Everyone was in by 7 except late comers. There was a food truck and also desi food including Biriyani sold at the usual stands that sell hot dogs and nachos. The meet and greet the previous day was held at a restaurant. It was a pleasant and unforgettable experience because it was organized really well. This is how events/concerts usually are.

@Bold Are you referring to the Ayushman concert in July with Sunidi ? They were announcing the Sonu Nigam concert in Austin too. But no announcement for Ajay and Kajol .
