Ash is the most beautiful of the current lot no doubt abt that! Her face is just perfect.

But in old times, Waheeda Rehman, Sadhna, Sharmila, Saira Banu these actresses were famed beauties and extremely beautiful in their own ways.

No Katrina and many other actresses are/have been prettier.

To me she is one of the most sexy though. I think shes more unique due to her eyes and that attracts a lot of people as well

the reason we dont find madhubala and others as pretty(if you actually are being honest rather than just relying on tumblr/some fantasy) is because people back then didnt groom as well and had different tastes

You are bang on about the Perfect symmetrical proportionate features. It is quite rare and that's exactly why globally people rave about her beauty. Though I never found her that beautiful in my childhood coz as a whole package she looked just okay. I mean even in Devdas, she looked beautiful(I found Madhuri so much of a looker in Devdas) but nothing extraordinary but if we talk about only her face then it's one of the most naturally beautiful faces in BW. Not those extremely high cheek bones or overtly filled brows.

For me, Beautiful doesn't only mean Neck up so No She isn't the most beautiful. Most Photogenic?Hell Yes. Perfect face? Yes Yes.
