Well done, ponymo. 👏Very well put. Whoever says the Bachchan tag has kept her relevant is kidding to themselves.

Ponymo, brilliantly written. I agree with each and every word. 🤗
Aish had Mani Ratnam, SLB, Subhash Ghai, Ashtoush Gowariker, etc.
and so many directors to work with her. The success of HDDCS and
Devdas are so impactful that people even discredit her for these roles.
I am happy with Aish's track as an actress. She has achieved what most
people want in a lifetime. 👏

Thanks for the support, guys. 😳

She is the most internationally known Indian actress and one of the most loved Indian actresses ever, obviously she is relevant.

Taal was a beautiful movie by the way. The music of that one movie alone beats every KJO movie.
I always wondered why Aish didn't do a second movie with Subhash Ghai. 😊

As much as I dislike her overacting, I'll agree with the post...she is definitely relevant...no two opinion about it...she is a self made woman..even if she was not, no third person gets to comment about what she should do in her work...actually no one other than herself...n any other she wants included in the decision...

No complaints. Because Taal was Ghai's last decent film. 😆

This movie was a milestone in Aish's career.
I loved the music. KJO didn't have a song like this
in his movies. No actress today can do Taal if their
life depended on it. 😉

u r absolutely right
she is still relevant
ans that is not because of her surname
whatever she has got it is on her own merits

It is more a downgrading post about Abhishek.
Anyways, agree with the last part and some points. The bachan tag was just an additional feather in her cap.
