becoz we dont take rules seriously... Corruption level is high... Do u think that will work??? Even many doctors are corrupt, law is corrupt , things which get banned are carried out chupke chupke... But it will effect a certain% of these people, there can be a little hope, if some strict action is taken by the govt. And baaki ban se bhi koi jyada fark nai pdta h

Ab is tarah tou corruption level can still play a role in ensuring that people continue with surrogacy hiding.. This will still go on if this is the line that you thing along.. Indian womb will still be used and all

ofcourse it will still happen... But it can be reduced to a certain extent via ban... Baki rules ke naam pe we have hundreds of rules, does anybody care for them? And baki only commercial surrogacy has been banned,ethical is still there.. And as far as i Know there is such kind of ban in some other countries too...

t think banning commercial pregnancy is wrong.. Thats fine.. But banning it for single parents, gay couples or couples who already have children makes no sense to be honest

Zandu Bhiyaa - SRK Amir are not that important and they have used the surrogacy option. They won't be affected at all.
Surrogacy is misused. It's delicate topic . Don't want to comment with my half knowledge.
India needs to work on LGBT inclusive laws though .

Amir also had surrogate child ??? Didn't know that .

Now a senior responsible govt minister is taking petty digs at BW celebs ...kya din aa gaye hain ...ab inko kya chahiye - 2 minute ki fame and controversy to milti hi rehti hai 🤔 It was Completely and utterly unnecessary specially when it is past and they in any ways didn't break rules , didn't exploit and took responsibility of their children so what was the point in stooping this low 👎🏼

Bhai bechaara aise hi bina maa ke bachche ki khwahish dil me lekar chala jaayega 😆

Why should a couple who genuinely wants a child through surrogacy be punished because the Govt is incompetent and is unable to check illegal practices...what else are going to BAN?? The biggest rule in a democracy is that u do not get punished for others' crime...right?
