Queen strikes back

Kangana Ranaut conveniently slipped into the league of A-list actors with her splendid performance in Queen. She went on to prove her capability in Tanu Weds Manu Returns soon after that.

Currently the actor has been busy with the filming of her next, Vishal Bharawaj'sRangoon. Apparently the makers have given her a heavy amount for the film, even more than what Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan are being paid. Kangana had always been of the opinion that actresses should also be paid as much as the actors are, in the industry.

Another such news we have come across is that a leading studio had approached the talented beauty with an amazing script. Kangana had liked the script and given her nod to the film. The pre-production process of the film had begun, when Kangana spoke about her fee. The makers were flabbergasted by the amount Kangana demanded for the film. It was a whooping amount of 11 crores!

Now the production studio are in two minds whether to cast Kangana in the film or not! Has Kangana demanded the amount after learning the amount Deepika Padukone will be getting for Padmawati? Deepika is being paid an amount close of 11 cr. for the film.
