SRK with a dark theme/minimal promotion(yup fan did not had aggressive promotion we aaw with Dilwale/HNY) gave an opening of nearly 20 crores. So comparing HR's star power with SRK's star power is lol worthy.
FAN flopped because it was a poorly made movie, but still the money it made was purely because of SRK's goodwill and star power.

I'm not comparing their star power, Srk is the bigger star no question. But labelling Hrithik as a guy that can barely get 9cr opening is wrong, 2 out of his last three films have had 25+ cr openings.

only in comparison to the promotions with other films but that was not minimum promotions...TV shows,IPL sab jagha promote kiya tha FAN ko...FAN dance bhi tha in all IPL matches 😆...

not comparing the star power but add to that the trailer response,genre,clash all play some role in the opening...the opening of the film depends on the entire package...

Best thing is profit sharing mode...Take Responsibility take money simple

Flat fee that too high as 60 cr when the stars are not exactly shining is not a viable option. Otherwise stick to home production...Apna movie money money

Even khans might not be charging this much. Yes, profit sharing is there but profit sharing comes with risk of loss sharing as well.
