Hey Yam, how did you lose 15 lbs? I wanna lose 10 lbs in a month..but no matter how less I eat, I do NOT lose weight. I don't eat junk food or carbonated baverage. I try to avoid carbs as much as I can. What else can I do?

Weight loss is seldom triggered by diet.. It usually starts with exercise and then the diet can take it forward.. I lost 15kgs not 15lbs by the way😆
