It can't be Sara. Sara played lead in Bidaai, RMJ and most recently Saubhagyalakshmi. She did Bigg Boss and a prominent role in Simar show. She hosted DD1's Rangoli too for some months. Currently she's playing the negative lead in Kavach. Infact she's one of few who never leave TV screens... She's always working in a show or other.
It can be the other actress of Bidaai though. Can't remember her shows after Bidaai and other Colors one

It could be radhika from yeh hain ashiqui .She was lead there and now she isn't there in any show.She does make appearances.That show was a hit.

If not Krystal, then may be Dimple Jhangiani. She has done lot of cameos.
