I'm not shy at all. I even eat most of my food with hands. I even jhatko bone nalli and chew on it with both hands without giving a flying f**k.

I don't think he eats much anyways...so much of chain smoking anyways reduces your appetite ...I like him but he is not the person who should be giving fitness advice really 😳

Smoking is no longer under his control. So fitness is basically exercises for him.

And yeah just had this experience last week. Told mom to pack some buffet food home! 😆 glad they were relatives..phew.

It is always under one's control of one wants it to be... 😊 clearly he doesn't...I'm not debating what is fitness for him ...lol..I just find it amusing that people are asking him for fitness related suggestion n advice

Not when it has become an addiction. More than alcohol, cigars are hard to kick off. Cigarettes nowadays are designed for addiction not a take-it-leave-it option.

I don't find it wrong though. Just because he smokes that doesn't mean he doesn't know the science behind exercises and keeping fit. As long as he doesn't talk about how cigars helped him any form or way, no reason not to speak about fitness and give advices.
