he stammered during kkkiran and if you hear a goat they always go something like mmmeeehhh in a way it sounds like stammering. And hence the name bakra. i have heard it many times kya bakre ki tarah meei meei karta.

I find it really insulting though because people with stammering face lots of problems in daily life and its not something to make fun of. I mean pakoda nose, saggy doesn't affect much as much as hakla does for me.
