Well, I am precisely at 450 lbs and i give zero f**ks when it comes to clothes. The only thing with shorts was seam couldnt able to hold my butt weight, size and i always ended up being exposed. That says why i dont give f**k about clothes cuz i don't have any clothes to f**k about. 😭
@belly fat - ask the expert *here* .. There is nothing called as spot reduction. When i was at 700 lbs i thought - leave everything, i need six abs.. so i did crunches .. day n night - on the roof, in the bed, on the commode, sitting, standing, in every posture and all i had was back pain and good amount of shit every morning. Do strength training and do cardio or better high intensity cardio and reduce overall fat of body, that will get you desire body. Ofc.. abs are made in kitchen - so, a good healthy wholesome diet is important. Diet is more important than exercise actually.

P.s - i recently hit lot many profiles in here, you know now - my fat fingers. 😕

If everyday wasn't a cheat day for you and you weren't downing pizza after pizza then maybe you wouldn't be 450 pounds. Sleeping and sitting on the commode isn't some activity, if not for yourself atleast feel sorry for that butt or it will get stuck in the seat some day you bumass chicka. 😆

Exercising can be boring and make you hurt but if you listen to music or have the TV on then its not so bad. You'll think im joking but the Sultan title song is always the main song I listen to when I work out. It gets me pumped 😆😆. Especially the Salman sung version .

The new Parineeti is turning out to be an annoying ditz. I preferred her when she was chubby. People may have made fun of her. However, her confidence, enthusiasm and spunky nature made me think she was really hot. Post weight loss she has been a total turn off.
Yes, I know many people are conscious of appearance when they are overweight. Many people struggle to pick clothes. Many people are fat shamed and lose confidence.

I am happy for people who make changes and lose weight. But as someone having been there, the narrative should be different. She should be talking about how fat shaming is uncool and no one should be made to feel that way.

The way she talks nowadays, it is thinly veiled fat shaming blaming overweight people for not doing what she did to look good. She is validating fat shaming by alluding that fat people cannot wear what they want and feel sexy.

There is a reason why I never this idiot.

But one thing I agree is people need to stay fit, ofcourse if there is medical condition it is different thing. But this "love your body as it is" is the biggest bollocks. This reminds me of those stupid woman magazine where first page they have "love your body as it is", than two-three pages later "how to loose 14 kg in just 3weeks".
