Mika sexually molested a model

Mika Singh, who has courted controversy more often than not, is currently entangled in a fresh one. A fashion designer has slapped a molestation case against the singer for misbehaving with her. Singh has however denied the charges.

Apparently, the upcoming model filed a case of molestation at the Versova police station saying that Mika had promised her modelling assignments and a film role. But, when the singer did not keep his promise, the model confronted him at his home. During this time, the two ended up arguing with each other when Mika grabbed her and pushed her.

The police is investigating the matter and is in the process of checking the CCTV footage of Mika's building. Meanwhile, charges under sections 354, 323 and 504 of IPC have been slapped against him.

Singh however issued a statement denying the charges. It read, "Today morning at around 5 AM one girl barged into my premises by entering through my window and started abusing me and assaulting me and my staff. She started threatening that if I don't pay her 5 crore she will ruin my career and register a false case against me. I have already informed versova police in writing regarding the threats and extortion. I don't know who this girl is. I have all the evidence against this girl of her demanding money from me and I have informed the police about this incident. Police is investigating the matter and truth will be out soon."
