As for three idiots, it did not glorified the rapists, it was rather a very different concept of making people understand what can happen if you read and memorise without understanding.

They could have used another word, why use this word, there is brashtachaar, durachaar, durvyvahaar, no shortage of words to make a comedy scene, while they used 2 words only which shouldn't be used in comedy.

If you still do not understand the seriousness of the issue then no point in explaining again it you..
If calling Aamir fan or others hypocrite gives you peace and makes Sallu little bit innocent then you are free to do it.

It is not worse than killing but i agree on the stupidity of the comments . First i thought it was about dignity, later after listening to his audio, i realised dude is talking about the vaginal damage woman suffer during forced penetration. Seriously stupid comment.

Comment is stupid, he has done a mistake, should apologize.

Seriousness comes only if salman is involve, issue isn't serious if aamir is involved or anyone else. Outrage should be for all, treatment should be for all not just 1.

Yup they could have, but impact would not have been same.

Also using that movie scene to defend Sallu is not logical.

This is even more worse, you need rape word for impact, but if someone uses it for example it is insensitive. Film making process takes enough time to introspect, what u say in a zest doesn't.

The mere mention of rape anywhere is disturbing . Many comedy shows and even in films the rape word has mentioned , and it was not controversial .But that doesn't mean that using Rape word is funny. People tend to notice or respond to each and every word uttered by famous people .
Whatever the star has said can't be ignored . He should really stop blabbering about the thing which he is not aware of . The distress of a raped woman is not comparable with anything . Now please stop belittling the comments of Salman Khan .

Aww. Cute. World is after Salman yet he is the top superstar with the highest BO pull. But cry me a river, he is so tortured by this cruel duniya.
Here is the difference, movies , serials and all shit be fiction..they are part of whatever "Art &entertainment" category. I don't like Salman's shitty misogyny movies where heroine says thapad se darr lagta nahi hai, but pyaar se..or the other pathetic nonsense of Aki's movies like Houseful , grandmasti or even SRK's stupid flicks. As much as they can and do influence society...they still are fiction with a statutory warning that nothing they show is related to an event , person and doesn't intent to hurt. A person watching the movie should know that it's all fake.
Hence they get the "hall pass".

Now coming back to Salman's d-bag statement, it's his right to spit shit because FOE means letting the people who offend you have their say too. But it never say it doesn't have consequences.

This man was not faking it , it wasn't a role play where Sallu was playing a character, nor was his quote written by any writer , nor was this even directed. hence a reality.

See the difference between a film take and a real like d-bag. Thats there.

His analogy as his dad so wisely put was pathetic. Not only he compered his state of walking with that of a woman raped but the insinuation was pathetic. You know the hate would have ended had he got the balls to come out on his twitter, sns or anywhere and issued an irrevocable apology rather than making his 80 year old dad to do the dirty deed and keeping it tight and silent. He ensured the controversy flares up coz of the sheer arrogance. He wants the hate, attention and revels in being the "bad boy". Mission done..he is being talked about everywhere. Sultan will be hit whichever , and Bhai will continue rocking.

Again- Real and Reel.
Aamir or Omi's character was a role-play. Pathetic pun maybe but directed , all fake and scripted . But Salman's d-bag nonsense is one of a kind and all real. 100 % Him.

If the correlation of reel and real was that simple then we would have 1 day CMs, guy beating up 20 others ...flying superheros all real.

Also, bigger the star, bigger the controversy. Kinda how it works.

The forum Salman fans, barring a couple have been really nice. They have denounced what he said. I don't want them to stop watching his movies, it's their entertainment and their thing but glad they recognise the stupidity of his comment and are not defending it.

Talk about 3 idiots, aamir was laughing on balatkaar & balatkaari, was it not insensitive, which they could have avoided with ease?

I am not referring to his recent comment about his wife.
