Ya Kangana is not only rich, but a royal to boot. Lol. But I don't understand why people have such an issue with her wealth or Veer's. Their wealth isn't supporting them or winningg them praise for their huge talent or drawing people to the theatres, LOOLLL. That's ALL their hard work!!! Otherwise all these Richie rich prods/for rectors would've made it huge like them. Nope, it's all their hard work. Their wealth is just an added factor. Good on KR for once keeping her mouth shut, she's not like Mallika Sherawat atleast this way, who claims to be middle class, beaten up etc but I know someone who was friends with her at school & she was at the least, well-off, has a bungalow too at Rohtak which is her family home. KR has never publicised she's rich or royal so that's good. Same goes for Veer who is really rich too.

With the lifestyle they have to maintan, no return initial investement is so high, you have to have money

else go tv route and make money but then there is overexposure factor

yami started on tv but her dad is high honcho o Zee Punjabi I think , so she had her connections.

Honestly everyone has connections!!! Or they make them. It's what you do with your story is what matters. W*F cares if you're super rich or a pauper, they all have to make their own roads b/c the audience & BW are ruthless beyond belief!!! You've to be a special sort of ruthless & ambitious to achieve the heights all these huge stars have.

I agree, Madhur's movie gives a glimpse of the struggle that goes on

bw, page3, modelling, politics, crime are all very very interrelated.

Almost everyone on top, no matter now nice the facade they maintain have done shady things.

Its impossible not to go through the muck to reach the heights they have

We see the success stories and we wonder and we are jealous but for every success story, there is probably 1000 unheard stories which languishes in the background.

and bw is high glam so offcourse cut throat competition and shady dealings are more, but its same in music, and dance and every scene.

the competition there is in very basic simple stage show s can make you shake your head.

just talent, training is never enough.

Right connections matter and they are not forged that simply.

Overexposure beyond imagination... playing grandma characters and what not for 6/7 years at stretch ... I do think TV actors have so much talent just not the right connection and by the time they make name for themselves they are stereotyped ...
