I think she was done putting up with his shit. He's extremely disrespectful towards his GFs. Like I remember he once mentioned on national TV he wore Sangeeta's night gown and at the time she was married. He made fun of Kat at Arpita's wedding even though she was dating Ranbir at the time. I just think Aish didn't want to be friendly with someone like that. The Khan bros were on DKD once and made some crude sex jokes too about women. I don't think I would want to be friendly with an ex that is so immature. Plus, she even said he was disrespectful towards her parents--and that ended it for her b/c she went against them to be with him.

Why should Aish mend ways with Salman? Why cant Salman mend his ways for Aish?

I always got the feeling reading about Salman and Ash that if Salman loved anyone as much as he was capable of, it was Ash. He seems detached with others but with Ash it is as if he wanted to possess her. Just the chemistry between them in HDDCS, I don't think I have ever seen Salman have that with anyone.IMO was a very volatile relationship which would not have lasted even if they had gotten married. They were just too strong individuals. Plus unlike any of Salman's former GF's Ash never needed Salman, she always had her own career.

Aish was equally responsible for whatever happened.Not defending Salman but just questioning that why wasn't Salman an alcoholic , abusive ,criminal boyfriend with sangeeta or soumy Ali ?Earlier Salman was cassanove , non comitted , cheater but wasn't an abusive criminal.

Deepika once said relationships come with responsibilities and its our responsibility to make our partner to feel secured.This is something aish never did as she wanted a insecure and jealous boyfriend who would dance according to her.She would definitely love pleasure in Salman obsessed love for her.The capacity to rule his mind .Being a world most beautiful women she definately had that attitude.There are always side effects to everything and sooner Salman obsession turned dangerous and then aish had to go through a lot. She brought the worst out of him and his career and personal life hit dead end and then started a new journey of Salman which made what he is today.

Maybe...Just Maybe.. Ash isn't Masochistic enough to enjoy physical abuse!

because she still has a little bit of dignity left in her unlike his other exes.she has done a better job by not keeping relation with criminal like him.

It's clear her relationship with him was one of the worst phases of her life. Put yourself in her shoes- why would she want to maintain a good relationship with a man who abused her, mistreated her parents and tried to destroy her career?

This is like asking a domestic violence victim to be on good terms with their abuser.

She doesn't even like talking about it on camera; that's how bad it was. One thing I admire about Aish is that she has her priorities straight-very strong sense of what works for her. She stands by it and doesn't bend to external pressure.

And boy am I glad she did not

If anyone stays as a friend with a guy who has insulted her and her parents the way salman insulted ash ( not even mentioning physical abuse since it has no "proof") I would say the person has no self respect or idea of self worth at all.

Aish didn't mend with Salman because she went on to Vivek Oberio pushed him to commit blunder, humiliated Salman publicly and ruined Vivek's career.
