These lines don't sound like Shahid. He does not have a reputation for being an MCP, has had a famous long term relationship, and doesn't boss around his exes.

I just hope he doesn't glorify Khilji, that man was horrible and doesn't deserve the glorification. Don't know how the rajputs are going to react to this,they were pretty hostile to Jodha Akbar 😕

I actually think this is good. In the current crop of directors, SLB is the only one that can handle historic projects with ease. Ranveer, Deepika, Ask and Hrithik are the ones that can don these characters and do justice. So do not see any issue with them attempting to tell Rani Padmini's story.

Like someone else said, I hope he leaves khilji character the way it was. Ruthless and evil without glorifying it.

i see nothing wrong with rsdp pairing up in this movie, they r not playing lovers, so its not a repeat of their previous films

also the story is different aswell, yes its a historical but unlike bajirao this story wont be about his life and how he won battles, the story focuses on khilji's obsession with padmavati and wat he did to try and get her
