All I know is Kapil is overrated AF. His jokes on Sumona's lips and female celebrities are so yawnworthy. How's his new show doing? Don't care much for Krishna either.

IMO we just need some better comedians in India...have been seeing the same faces since the inception of Comedy Circus... 😆

A better business strategy would have been to retain Kapil's show. I remember one reason that Colors gave for ending Kapil's show was that he refused to do shows on Sat & Sun. Now, on Sony his show airs on both days.
I wonder who was the bigger culprit in that whole Colors-Kapil fiasco.😕

Just looks like super ego in play and kapil did cut down the saturday show on color and the characters had no exclusivity.

And maybe getting a boot and negotiation kapil too had to compromise and make deals which he wasn't ready to with colors..n do 2 shows a week.

Definitely colors was the loser , but then the comedy cast ensemble they have along with actors could make it epic, but they delivered such horrible bad duds and kapil came out smelling like roses :p :p

The Kapil Sharma Show beats Bajirao Mastani in TRP battle

All eyes were on TRP ratings for week 17 as the results for the biggest battle of TRPs were to be announced. The moment finally arrived and looks like 'The Kapil Sharma Show' has emerged the winner in this TRP war.

According to reports in the media, while 'TKSS' got a TRP of 3.0 in the urban sector and 2.8 in the rural taking it to 5.8 in total, Bajirao Mastani, on the other hand, got a TRP of 2.4 in the urban sector. The rural ratings are yet to be out. Not only this, as per reports, 'The Kapil Sharma Show' has also entered the Top 5 list in its opening week with 8943 Impressions. This surely calls in for a celebration for the Kapil Sharma gang.
Despite facing stiff competition from last year's award winning film 'Bajirao Mastani's premiere on TV, The Kapil Sharma Show managed to garner good numbers. 'TKSS' has also helped Sony TV's viewership which has increased by 24%. The GRP rose from 278 to 378 in week 17, stated a report. Kapil's victory has once again proved that he is small screen's most loved comic actor.

But will he able to sustain the numbers. Only time will tell!

Kapil is 100 times better than Khushna. Krushna laughs on his own made jokes while i feel asleep🥱

Kapil has a good sense of humour & can make me laugh.

Krushna initially was good when he perticipated in comedy circus or life ok's comedy classes.but when colors used him to beat kapil,he actually thought"oh iam something now" and his downfall starts! I tried to watch comedy nights live sometime but i failed:( its very bad show,comperatively comedy nights live is lil bit better coz there are shakil ,mubin etc who are good
