Lagan with no second thoughts.

No one likes cheesy romantic movies like DDLJ and HAHK today. They would have flopped badly.

Inflation Adjusted figures(as per today's ticket rates) for HAHK is above 1000+ Cr, only film to cross it... official BOI website pe aa jayega when it starts running full on 🥳

Next comes DDLJ, close to 800+.

Lagaan had no chance, tab bhi nahi tha, ab bhi nahi hoga, coz uski length itni jayda hai, won't have that much shows.

Im actually undecided right now because I want to be fair to all movies. Lagaan was a really good movie and it could have been very well gone on to make history but I do remember that you couldnt get a ticket for hum aapke hai kaun or dilwale dulhania le jayenge for many months without getting it through black as there were not too many multiplexes or online streaming.

I am asking u cos u seem to be an expert in BO updates... In some website I saw Gadar has the highest number of footfalls which is more than 5cr and HAHK has 4.68Cr. DDLJ has 4.1 cr including Maratha Mandir audiences. Is it true?/

Critics would shred HAHK... Audience have seen enough sass Bahut dramas on TV screen to enjoy the movie anymore.

Gadar never had 5+ Cr footfalls earlier, BOI made huge change recently only saying some error.

HAHK is still no.1 in footfalls, it must be 6-7 Cr range, DDLJ's footfalls doesn't increase in all these years despite running in maratha mandirs, woh isliye coz Ek Matinee show chalta hai wahan audience bahut kamm hoti hai, u can say that it might have earned a few lakhs more, nothing major.

None but Lagaan would have collected more because of Aamir 's star power today, Lagaan would obviously would have far better WOM than the other two and the movie has universal appeal compared to the other two.
