US company email.com summoned by Mumbai Magistrate in HR-Kangana case

With the Cyber Crime division intervening in the ongoing legal battle between Hrithik Roshan and Kangna Ranaut, there has been a new development in the FIR filed by Junior Roshan against the impostor. The Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate has summoned the US based web company 1&1, Mail & Media Inc for the case.

A few days ago, there were speculations about the impostor using Hrithik Roshan's fake id being traced to America and now the company who is the proprietor of email services provide Mail.com has been summoned by magistrate M R Natu over an application provided by the cyber police.

After the media reported about Hrithik Roshan and Kangna Ranaut slapping legal notices each other, the news that came to light was an FIR that was allegedly filed by Hrithik Roshan in December 2014 regarding an impostor who has been conversing with fans of the actor via the fake email id hroshan@email.com. According to reports, Hrithik Roshan had mentioned in his FIR that the impostor has been interacting with his fans, especially a girl fan who has been sending details about herself on the fake id. However, soon the details of the so called girl fan was said to be Kangna Ranaut in the recent reports that also claim that the actress continued to send photos and messages to Hrithik Roshan even after she received his original id on Karan Johar's bash. A lot of the conversation and a few emails have been doing the rounds in media recently of late which only adds up to this controversial legal battle.
