Well, no surprise here, I'm happy ⭐️.

This was actually confirmed by Mahesh Bhatt while Sid and Alia were still promoting K&S. He even said based on the narrative they decided on Sid and Alia. As for chemistry, it's very subjective. I've loved their chemistry since SOTY. Ironically I don't see much chemistry between Shraddha and Adi but like I said it's very subjective. Alia is a great actress and her face didn't become a problem in 2States portraying a university student and then a working woman so Aashiqui shouldn't be a problem either.

By the time this movie actually comes out both of them would have had a few releases with other people. So even though these confirmations are coming now with K&S in reality we obviously won't be seeing them back to back.
