Nope for a clean hit overseas or other rights do not count. Otherwise Dilwale would have got a clean hit tag instead of a semi-hit. The COP+P&A as per what is posted here is 32 cr. So it should do around 65 cr for a clean hit. Anything less, posting tweets of Taran, Joginder, Indicine etc who praise every movie is simply consolation.

if u look at BOI commentry it looks like it will get clean hit.
and there are lot of people who believe taran and so many big celebs retweet his tweets.
so ya if u see all the big newspapers people all saying its a success maybe small success.
