Why do you think she will reject the Salman and Kabir Khan flick, if she is offered?? Its not like there are any other better roles lined up for her this year, and this fits neatly into her schedule too. It would be a perfect face saver if nothing else materialises in Bwood this year.

I dont think it's fair to judge her for auditioning, or trying to make her place in Hollywood.

Look at PC. She was mocked for her music career, and when news of Quantico came out, she was made fun of and people were saying she accepted a side role in some show because her music career flopped. Then the Quantico promos came out, and everyone found out it was a lead role. PC began to gain momentum, won a PCA, presented at the top awards, bagged Baywatch, and now it's like she's on a streak. Those same people who made fun of her are now praising her for everything she has accomplished.

Hopefully Deepika's efforts pay off and the same happens for her.

Nobody is judging for her auditioning. We are just discussing how she ignored her Bollywood career just to set foothold in Hollywood. PC didn't ignore her Bollywood career, she managed both of them. That's the reason she is praised everywhere.

DP said she is in talks with someone she worked with recently so that can be Imtiaz/SLB . Am sure having no release this year won't affect her also it's not like they're others female actors giving back to back hits like DP did when Katrina did not have a movie for a year so this won't affect her

Maybe I misread, but I don't agree with this. PC is praised because she is successful. When she was starting out with the music and Quantico she wasn't being praised (or at least not to the same degree she is now). There are many people, even on this site, that were making fun of her at the time and are now praising her.

How exactly has DP ignored her bollywood career? Her last major release was in December. Even now she can easily bag a movie, if she wants to. How difficult can that be, given she is the top actress right now who also has a box office pull. She is just trying her luck in Hollywood with these auditions. Big deal. Risk lena toh banta hai.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure that out of all the major films she let go, at least50 per cent of them must be flower pot roles in big films. Toh kya farq padta hai, 😆

I was talking about the praised she is receiving for juggling so many things - Bollywood Career, Hollywood career, TV shows, producing films, mobiseries, working for unicef, music career, voicing animated movies & games.
