Well the schengen visa is valid for 6 months before expiring. And in these six months you can stay for max 3 months in any schengen city, i.e. if your visa is valid from jan to june, you can stay for any 90 days irrespective of how many times you go n come back. Internal boundaries are relaxed but when a person leaves the schengen area (like if you travel back to India) your passport will be stamped. This helps the authorities to keep a counter of how many days you have traveled out of your 90 day stay. And this is valid for not just schengen visa but every multiple entry long stay visa. So if HR entered Paris twice even under same visa, his passport would be stamped twice.

And its pretty clear he didnt visit Paris in Jan bcoz he posted pics with Hrehaan n Hridhan in paris in june 2014 and it was a bright sunny morning, both kids dressed in cotton tees, surely not a paris winter.

Didn't Kangana's lawyer say or imply in one of his statements that the reason they leaked the legal notice from Hrithik was because he had threatened to leak the content of those emails unless she apologized? She preempted his bluff and now he's pissed.

I don't buy that he didn't block her because he doesn't like confrontation. He's a rich movie star with assistants, managers and lawyers. He had many other ways of blocking her and telling her to piss off without personally confronting her. And the fact that he collected ammunition in the form of content of those emails for a long time doesn't bode well for his image either.

Both are messed up.

Second, in EU, only the port where you land you get stamped. Border control don't stamp on your passport , its free movement within schengen zone and most tourist visas r multiple entry schengen visa.

So chances that kangna was telling the truth is quite high.
