"Saifians" are trolls.
They all showed up one fine day, and make exaggerated statements about Saif. I think it started with Shahrukh fans opening up these fake account, and were joined by others.
It's started an idiot Saif fan kept fighting with all the Twitter fans of other actors stating how Saif is the best. That's when "Saifians" arrived.

I'm surprised nobody noticed them before lol
