Sushant has changed so much! He is totally a different person now- a desperate and sly wannabe.

Always believed Sushi was a huge douchebag and now finally its out in the open but if Ankita chose to revolve her life around waiting at home for when he returns from shooting then there is little else anyone can do. Didn't Sushi try to bargain deals for her making himself out of favour in the process, if rumours are to be believed..?

Ankita admitted she's not very ambitious and quite lazy so I doubt she was very serious about pursuing a career in BW. Don't think her tantrums/demands to rearrange shooting schedules like she did on TV will land her much work on TV even, especially after sitting at home for a year.
If you go by their twitter profiles, you'd think there was nothing more for her than waiting around for him, followed by reunion pics where they BOTH looked sloshed out and wasted.

Why is everyone acting as if Ankita's life is over though? Ankita was in a very popular show and her face is still remembered I am sure as it was one of the really successful shows of its time. In TV actresses coming back after pregnancy, bad marriages et al is no big deal. There are ample of such examples happening. TV producers are not image conscious about the stars. Plus Ankita has good rapport with Ekta Kapoor. I think Ankita herself was possibly tired of the TV star schedule as they are punishing. And thats why she took a break. She possibly has enough money to last her years without working.

Okay. I won't say that he never loved her. He was with her for 6 years.

I dont think Ankita would have a problem getting work.. she is on quite good terms with Ekta.. It is the emotional state that she would have to cope up with.. As annoying as she was, it was so obvious that her world revolved around Sushant.. Getting back to reality is what she will likely have a trouble with

Also another point being made is Ankita wont be able to defend herself against SSR's PR. Ankita is no baby. She is 30+. If she is silent..its her choice perhaps. Like Suzanne chose to stay mum despite what HR did during the divorce while she is having the last laugh now. If she really wants to defend herself she too can easily hire a PR to do the job for her. I think her family and friends anyway know the truth. The opinion of the rest of the world doesnt matter. Her career or life isnt dependent on media image unlike SSR's.

It's 50/50. Divyanka Tripathi used to say that it was tough for her to get a lead role after Banoo Main Teri Dulhan because she had already been a telly lead, and tv makers would always turn her down because the roles required someone more new/"fresh-faced"

Daljeet Kaur is on that show but after how many years...and not because it's a great role but simply because it helps with the pay, considering her personal life issues.

So the same stuff does happen on tv, but Ankita got super lucky that she got to be one of Ekta's favorites. I'm also pretty sure she's on a break because the tv schedules themselves are tiring. Once she's ready to do a soap, I bet Ekta will give her something😆

There were reports right?? that Ankita is doing a show with Ekta???
