Ip address of email id can be very well found in each email header
3rd party can access the emails provided the service provider gives nod to the crime branch

@Bold...why is it so and what does this mean...is the IP address also from US...and if gmail allows access in these crimes why would not the domain email.com?? Gmail has a separate server for india
If you take an example of yahoo earlier 10-15yrs back when the users were less the email ids had @yahoo.com prefix
After that they introduced yahoo.co.in for indian user
There might be data security policy related to server
I also dont understand what the article is trying to say

If you dont buy ip from any service provider they will automatically assign ur computer to an ip address when u r connecting to network..if u pick up the address and search for the location it will show ur approx location..u can utry it oururself in google
