Meet the 'Judwaa 2' trio: David Dhawan, Varun Dhawan and Sajid Nadiadwala

'Judwaa 2' (J2) has been in the news since a couple of years. Latest reports have confirmed that David Dhawan will direct his son, the young heartthrob Varun Dhawan (in his first double role) in this formidable franchise, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The first 'Judwaa,' starring Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Rambha, released 19 years ago.

Despite everyone remaining tight-lipped, closed door look tests in Los Angeles reveal that the pre-production work on the new entertainer is in full swing. A major Hollywood studio and DOP (director of photography) along with action-coordinator Spiro Razatos (of 'Fast & Furious 6' fame), have already done a test shoot for the film. A skydiving action sequence, using a stand-in artiste to depict a double role, was shot.
Now that initial rumours surrounding 'J2' have been laid to rest, fresh speculations are rife on who will be the two lucky girls cast opposite Varun

I looove Judwaa, especially the songs. Interested in seeing which girls get signed.

Judwaa's name always makes me remember abt Salman-Karisma jodi n its popular songs like Tan tana tan tan tan taara, Uchhi hain Building and Duniya Mein Aaye toh love karlo. 😆

All things related to this movie from characters to songs to scenes are memorable.

So this is the last straw, as if ABCD2, Dilwale, Dishoom, khaitan's next with Aloo Bhatt were not enough that I deserved this, guess it was my fault that I had higher expectations from him and felt that he has a lot more (unutilised) potential,

but seems like all he cares about is Box Office & wants to maintain his 100% record...being a fan of the 'actor' in him I am extremely disappointed with his choices & I give up on him. Anyways All the Best to VD for his Future.

Had a blast on Bolly forum in last 2 yrs, will miss u guys esp. Chevu, Swati.

I feel the same, had higher expectations. Patience and loyalty are really getting tested here. Will maintain a glimmer of hope that he straightens up, but won't hold my breath. 😭
