Even Arnab has a better way of asking questions and I hate Arnab the most in India media. This man is obnoxious to say the least . I loved her interview with Shekhar Gupta though. That man is pure class. The manner in which he asked the questions shows the level of difference between dignified and ill mannered journalism between these two.

I hate these so called feminist pretend to support her.
It many times became breaking news she being a po*n star.
Like wo po*n star hai isiliye usko look down kar rahe hain
She herself dont care for whoever thinks what about her
Like Arnab once made a prime time debated about her condom ad.Seriously!!!
These jurnos use her as a news maker
This sympathy making.I hate it.
Moreover it is like rai ka pahad

Exactly. Media is creating a freakin sympathy for her. And she enjoys it.

A rape victim won't get enough sympathy but ms. po*n star would get so-called feminist raging in support. sad state of affairs.

She may be whatever but she gets way more importance than she deserves. And she is quite well using most Indian Men's hypocrite mentality to her advantage.

A rape victim do not need sympathy. We just need to fight the injustice along with them. Without our knowledge, we get judgemental. That is what the interviewer did.

He started off with "What went wrong?" Ended the interview with how she chooses her project (based on script) in the last min (when she had actually come for the promotion of her movie). When he asked the question, "Are Indians hypocrites?", he looked the biggest one to me. Has he seen her videos? If so, how a person who watched the video becomes holier than the one who enacted?

I may not watch her upcoming project, but I respect her as she respects herself.

But then Most journalists are no different than him.

Par.. Leone ko itna kyu sar chadaya jaa raha hai. Not like she is some dush ki dhuli hui types. Have you guys heard what she and her husband did with Celina Jaitley's house they rented. Sunny is quite using her po*n star image to her advantage. No biggie if someone asks her a question or two about the same. I will never get India's obsession with her. đŸ„±

sorry its not about the questions but the way he was talking to her disrespectfully in the garb of being just another journalist...I watched his first question, the way he asked it and I am done watching the video...He started off asking ' what really went wrong and if there were any regrets!?!?"- clearly indicating about her past profession...I think he was expecting to hear some 'Chameli' kind of story...

What did she do to Celina's house?😕

Sunny Leone: I will never walk out of an interview. I will face my problems. I am a fighter

A round of applause for Sunny Leone. For standing tall and proud for the choices she has made and the person she is.

Even if there is an aggressive, presumptuous interviewer on the other side trying to put her on the spot - in a way that's most derogatory and offensive. Recently, she was interviewed by journalist Bhupendra Chaubey on his show on CNN-IBN.

Yes, Sunny was a po*n star in America, at some point in her life. She has never denied or dodged her past. All she said was it was a choice she made. Why corner her and bombard her with questions like, "Are you proud of your past?" "How many people would aspire to be a po*n star?" Well, maybe no one we know. And obviously, being an adult film star is not an option listed in any career guidance classes either. So what? We all do things that we want to do or have to do. We all have our reasons. And we all have a past. At least Sunny Leone can talk about it with dignity and poise. For that we damn well respect her. She gracefully tells Bombay Times, "Those kinds of questions are not going to go away. It's a part of who I am." It takes a lot of spirit, spunk and self-confidence to say that.

Indulge in fair debate and an open discussion by all means - but interviewing a person from your narrow-minded, prejudiced viewing glasses - not fair!

There was a volley of cringe-worthy questions that followed. It was even implied to her that she may not be worthy of working with a revered actor like Aamir Khan. Instead of waiting for her opinion, the interviewer probed her on whether she felt sorry about it. The truth is, she doesn't feel bad or sorry for herself. She doesn't need to. Like she rightly said that everything in her life has led her to being where she is, and everything is a stepping stone to something bigger and better.

Sunny has got a lot of support from the film industry for the way she handled all the heat. Instead of being outraged about it and storming out of the interview, she took it on - without getting stirred or shaken.

Talking to Bombay Times, Sunny expressed, "I will never walk out of an interview. I will face my problems. I am a fighter. I don't usually lose my cool. I was raised by my parents this way." About the obnoxious questions and the way of questioning, she added, "I had not seen his shows before so I didn't know what I was walking into. I don't have anything bad to say about him. It's not in my nature to do so. People are curious. Everyone has a certain style and sensibility. I've made my independent choices. Maybe they are not conventional, so I will have to answer those questions to the best of my ability. I've never held back."

She concluded by saying, "You have to move forward with a smile on your face." Bravo, girl!

I may not have used Sympathy word properly there. But that was not the point. I do not agree with Journalist. For that matter most journalists of Indian media. Everything for them is Sensational.

But then I also do not see a need to put Leone on moral high. I dont judge her past but She very well uses her image to her advantage.

I simply don't understand the need for a separate word like 'feminist' when a more better and appropriate word 'good human' can easily be used...The moment you stand up for a female, you are called a feminist...

Of course, I agree with you that there is no need for bringing in 'feminism' here...Because it isn't about Sunny, its about the guy who interviewed her...I think the reactions would've still poured in the same, if not more, even if there is a male actor in Sunny's place!

If the interviewer had been more considerate this unnecessary support wouldn't have been warranted. Reverse psychology to win support for a "not so pathbreaking" career. Way to go 😛
