woww! changing your face shape can definitely make insane difference 😳. Seems like she basically wanted to transform her round face to heart face ( something similar to what anushka was going for). However, i must say she's looking really hot right at this moment. if only it will remain like this, i think everyone look decent at the beginning of surgery...its after a while when consequences start showing up.

Is it really her??? She looks totally different.I would have never been able to recognise her.She looks good now but i think she looked better before.
