Saif and Imran cannot be saved. They are done. Ranbir not sure yet but with his recent spate of flops seems to be headed their way as well.

I honestly think if Phantom had Salman as the lead, it would've been a blockbuster hit. Kabir-sallu have had blockbuster hits like BB or Ek tha tiger

Haven't seen Phantom so can't comment on it but the problem with Katti Batti and Tamasha was that both films mostly ignored the heroine in favor of the hero.

In Katti Batti, Kangana Ranaut, definitely the draw of the movie was sidelined in favor of Imran Khan. Whereas with Tamasha, Deepika Padukone was hardly there in the second half with the majority of the focus going to Ranbir Kapoor's character Ved's story.

Infact with Tamasha, it got a pretty good opening considering it was on the heels of PRDP, but the movie did not sustain. I think somewhere audiences felt cheated that it was branded as a love story ala YJHD with both RK-DP when the main story was just Ved's journey. So, no I don't blame either Kangana or Deepika for either films fate. What I do blame them for is choosing to act in films that sideline them, even if they did act well in the few scenes they had.

Deepika almost did, but Biru's pay check failed her and the film.😆

Phantom wasn't a bad film.

Phantom revolved around saif character only and ironically he had the least credit for the good opening film got. Yes agree with u the makers tried to cash in on the success of actresses for the films but didn't gave them good enough roles to show the validity of their star power.

Though one thing can't be denied is that all the 3 saif ranbir nd imran gave gud nd honest performance especially imran

:( Why do you say that? I believe atleast Saif is a brilliant actor. Watch his performance in Dil Cahta Hai, KalHoNAHoo, Omkara and Hum Tum. He's fabulous. Even Imran looks cute and has his own charm.

Saif and Ranbir are decent...its just not their time.

But Imran is jinxed dude!! Not just Kangana, even Deepu, Kareena, Katrina and Anushka couldn't save him. I think his personality is not fit for movies.

Imran's a gone case, I don't think anyone can save him. He can't act and his personal life isn't that interesting either. Said and Ranbir, I think they're just going through a bad phase.
