Are we the only two kangy fans here?? I am disappointed she didnt win.. But so happy Ranveer won.. But still wish she won something for Datto.. DP was good in Piku.. Its okay.. But I cant deny that I am disappointed Kangy didnt win..

Last year Kangana won most of the awards, but Priyanka and Rani gave career-best performances. It's unfortunate, there will be winners and losers.

But Kangu probably will get ignored this year, because she thought she was too good to attend the awards last year. So I would not bother giving her any accolades over her contemporaries who equally deserve the trophies.

It's tougher competition this year, because there are more top actresses who upped their game this year. Last year Kangana ultimately won the film fare because of the audience and media. This year will be different.

I don't know. This is tough and confusing because I liked both Kangana in TWMR and Deepika in Piku. While Kangana for me was the most entertaining performer of the year..Deepika amazed me with her natural performance in Piku. Yes last year I thought Kangana deserved to win for Queen over PC in MK and Deepika in RL. But this year..I don't mind if Deepika takes it for Piku and BM combined. I haven't seen Tamasha..but critics and audience alike seemed to love her there too. So it's her year and she deserves to win. Am not mad at that.

Awarding DP for Piku bugs me, because if the competition is only between Piku and TWMR, it seems bizarre that DP would win the award, bc TWMR was the utter surprise of this year. Once the movie came out, it had all the buzz, the greater appreciation, the greater profits. Heck this forum was stating that Kangana was the "4th Khan", but nothing of the sort was written for DP. People who weren't familiar with the first movie went to see that too.

Kangana deserved it for Datto.
