Why there voices so sound alike that i can not even figure out who is singing

naa when i listened ae mere humfasar i thought its arijit singh,,,,,,,,and when i heared main dhondne ko zamane main i thought its atif aslam its just now i discovered its arijit singh ...for almost 3 years i was considering it atif aslam...and ya mithoon songs of train sound exactly same like atif voice woh ajnabi jo dekhe door se

Not really...Atif and Arijit's style of singing maybe similar, but their voices are vastly different. A fan can tell who is who...
