SALMAN lends his trainer to AAMIR for Dangal?

We all know how Bollywood actors take their roles seriously and take all steps to get in to the skin of the roles they play.

Akshay Kumar took MMA Training and Crossfit training among others for his action films like Baby and Brothers. We also heard Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan too working out heart and soul to get his body built like a wrestler for his role in Dangal.

Salman Khan has started undergoing fierce and rigorous training for playing the role of a wrestler in the movie Sultan too that will also need him to bulk up.

The entire Bollywood film industry knows how much Salman loves to work out and stay fit. We have got reports that Salman has had to take up a different workout plan, and have a protein rich diet comprising of chicken and fish more in his diet.

He has his shooting for Sultan beginning from November 22 and by then he has to add on eight more kilos to his body weight.

Salman has to learn grappling and kicking and of course several other techniques for self-defense. He is currently doing four to five kicks per day, but to get the perfection of a professional wrestler, he has to ace it up to 150-200 kicks every day.

But as of now, all of this practice he is doing by himself, since he has sent his personal fitness trainer, Rakesh to the help of Aamir for Dangal.

Though Aamir and Salman supposedly had a spat recently but then Salman's friendly gesture is surely going to be taken as a sign of calm waters and a white flag of peace only. What do you have to say?
