I don't get it why people have a perception that most actors do smth to their faces. SRK, Akshay, Hrithik, Farhan, John and many others have no signs of cosmetic surgery or botox, their faces look as before, considering the ageing process of course, and gaining or loosing weight. Some of them aged better, but it has nothing to do with cosmetic surgery, it's all about genetics and lifestyle.

Some actors did surgery or botox, or both, and Saif is one of the examples of a cosmetic surgery which shouldn't have been done, he looked better before.

SRK is a chain smoker and it doesn't help. But I don't think he looks as bad as he's made out to be. He looks better when he gains some weight though.

It's not much of a problem even for ordinary people to look good without cosmetic surgery in their 40s and even 50s if they are making efforts to be in good physical shape and keeping healthy lifestyle. The problem is that most people just don't bother.
