My gut says she's the heroine of the film. An announcement from her part on her next film has been revealed by her-whether it is sultan or not I don't know but i really think it is since she has said that she will start shooting for a film soon. She's also lost loads of weight. She followed Ali Abbas zafar on Twitter and has never denied being a part of the film. So based on these- it must be her. I think yrf might be auditioning for a newcomers role as well and that's why the announcement on the female lead is delayed.

I like salman but this is the same thing he did with deepika. She was almost finalized for ek tha tiger. Poor pari This is what I meant by when outsiders like dp, pc and pari give back to back flops, then they lose out on big projects
