'AK vs SK' stands for Anurag Kashyap vs Shahid Kapoor

Mumbai: Vikramaditya Motwane's next film with Shahid Kapoor has an interesting plot indeed, with real people playing reel characters. We have reliably learnt that the film's title, 'AK vs SK', stands for Anurag Kashyap and Shahid Kapoor, who play themselves in the film.

A source told this paper, "Vikramaditya is highlighting the ugly journey of a director and actor in the film. Anurag Kashyap is shown as a filmmaker whose big budget film tanks miserably at the box office."

So where does Shahid come in? Our source says, "So Anurag, after a box office dud, wants to cast Shahid Kapoor for his next film. But given Anurag's recent track record, Shahid doesn't give him much attention and acts pricey. In a desperate situation, Anurag kidnaps Shahid Kapoor's wife as a bait for him to say yes' to the project."

And will Shahid's real-life wife play his reel-life one? "Yes, the reports are true. Most likely it will be Shahid's wife Mira Rajput who will be cast in the film," our source reports. "This journey, which starts on a fun and easy note, turns into a dark revenge film."

Vikramaditya Motwane is all set to take AK vs SK on the floors and it will release next year. This is the first film Shahid Kapoor has signed after his marriage. The film will also have a leading lady who plays a crucial role in the film.
