Exactly..The excuse is ridiculous..I think he din want Imran and Karan probably got Sid on board & he probably din want Sid either 😆 So instead of saying no, he gave this ridiculous excuse to shelve the project 😆 This is exactly why i wish directors are given a free reign to cast whoever they want instead of giving in to the producer or the hero..That is one reason why i respect Imtiaz..I think he is overrated but he always casts who he wants irrespective of what others ask him to do..Even with Alia, i do believe he took her only after he was convinced she could pull it off..
