Yep. He had a court case in 12/13' where he admitted to beating up his girlfriend, the girlfriend sued him then. Then the public was outraged and they protested to the tv channels and tv channels sort of excluded him from the industry. It may have been KBS or SBS that gave him a complete ban.

He has signed a drama this year i think.
