IMP: Final Warning [Personal attacks, Fan wars, etc]

Hi Everyone,

As I'm sure everyone has noticed by now, this forum recently has been filled with threads on different fan groups, comments with members attacking each other, members making instigating topics, just trying to rile each other up.

This is a FINAL warning to everyone in the forum about all of the above issues. Please read through the forum rules very carefully, as any further issues that we see pertaining to the above will result in severe consequences. Personal attacks, opening threads on fans/fan groups, making generalizing/offensive statements about fan groups, repeatedly bringing in forum issues from the past, just generally or through quotes/screenshots, commenting on families of members, accusations about MIDs, instigating fan-wars, opening counter topics, etc are some of the key things to note.

If we do see any of this behavior, it will result in an immediate WL raise. Repetition of such behavior continuously will result in a temporary ban, as per the DT's discretion. You will not be allowed to create any other IDs to post on the forum during this time, and doing so will lead to futher consequences.

In addition to this, a point to note about Salman Khan's conviction/case situation - Because he has been convicted, members cannot be told not to mention his court cases. However, that does not mean that members should use to personally attack each other/rile up fans with this continuously, or take it too far with terrorism/such comments.

Also, if anyone makes threads on members and posts screen shots or quotes to attack members/dig up past issues/moral police others, that will also not be allowed. If you have issues with each other, talk to each other via the PM service, ignore each other, or PM the DT in case you want us to try and sort out the issue. Anyone seen engaging in this behavior will have their posts/threads immediately trashed and their WL raised. Along the same lines, spamming threads is not the way to resolve any issues. If you have issues with a post, report it, and the DT will look at it. Spamming posts in threads will likely be trashed and repeated behavior of this will also lead to a WL raise.

Finally, a reminder about irrelevant topics that members continue to make in this forum. Just because you mention the name of a celebrity does not mean that it's related to BW and it will be allowed in the forum. If the main discussion of the thread is not directly related to BW, it will be closed. There are other forums that you can open such threads in.

Members are encouraged to use the REPORT button in order to address any issues. Please be patient and give the DT between 24-48 hours to handle any issues. If you feel something is urgent, then drop us a PM; however, reporting once is sufficient as well and we will look into things as we get online and resolve issues one at a time. Please remember that we also have personal lives so spamming our dabbas, repeatedly hitting the report button, etc will really not resolve issues any quicker.
