HR did favour to Zoya and Farhan by signing ZNMD, even thou he knew his role is boring. Farhan's role has all the meat. HR Didnt charge much. But friendship doesnt mean sucking.. simple. He said no to DDD and kareena followed.

Znmd was better movie than DDD in general too. The chemistry between HR kat was amazing. The roles of farhan HR Abhay were amazing , there friendship, the road trip everything was amazing. Bang bang tried to cash on HR and kat pair but it failed to create the magic.

I liked DDD not sure why it didnt work much... may be coz it was too long..🤔 and ZNMD was kind of more about friends...and DDD more about family bonding..so i guess youth connected with ZNMD more..🤔

Well to be honest DDD was a bore film when compare to ZNMD..I was super excited to watch this movie mainly coz of Zoya,PC and Ranveer-Anushka chemistry but i started gettind irritated in the middle of the movie..Farhan was almost absent in half of the movie and Dog part was irritating but still it was a decent movie with PC and Ranveer standout performers but I still can't convince myself to watch it again.

Music was better in ZNMD... probably ppl like more friendship films than family dramas..

the reason for low boxoffice of DDD is single screens which was a disaster from day 1. That took away 10 crs... would have been a semi-hit otherwise...

also hrithik n katrina are superstars...but then
if you compare hrithik and katrina, one expects ZNMD to do 150 crs, did it do it? NO😊

I really liked DDD..and I thought it was a better made movie than ZNMD.

DDD was not as funny as ZNMD. And the dog was really annoying. The direction was subtle in both films but DDD was more earnest and straight about things such as the rights of woman, which actually reduced the drama and the nuance. For example, in DDD the scene where Farhan's character tells Rahul Bose's character that his thinking that he gives permission to his wife to work so he is a good guy is flawed. There is nothing wrong with the scene but not much right either. Its too obvious if you know what I mean. Even chauvinists have moved on and are more nuanced than this.
