Vidya or Sonakshi would be the right way to go imo. When I heard about the movie first those two were the ones who came to my mind along with Kareena.

Kangana played a schizophrenic character in her second film Woh Lamhe and her performance was highly praised. I think she would do full justice to this role, but probably wouldn't do it if offered as she has already signed Rangoon and Hansal Mehta's film Simran.

Anyways i have a gut feeling its going to be in deepika kitty! but kangu will suit role more or even sonakshi..

There was even talks about Meena Kumari biopic at one point. She hasn't confirmed it. But point is she has a lot of choice at this point in her career, so she has the oppurtunity to do roles she has never attempted before.

Funny thing is at the beginning of her career people would never have thought she could pull off a Queen or TWM/TWMR etc. And now apparently she's not good enough to do the type of roles she initially found her niche in and was typecast in. 😆

.What's even more sad is that unlike others who have had to fight for it every step of the way being outsiders, Kareena was always in prime position to make things better and to demand for it also. Instead she just pushes them 10 steps back.

This is so true. For example, Deepika,Priyanka and Kangana were doing mediocre movies when they weren't successful and when they tasted success and respect in the industry, they used it to choose better and meaty roles in films and Kareena has always had that power with her but still doesn't use it to make better choices.

But even then I won't blame Kareena for this. I think she doesn't like to carry a film on her shoulders or attempt something difficult which is fair enough but I would blame her fans,especially in this forum to bring in excuses for every shitty thing Kareena has done till date and make her look like a powerful actress of Bollywood helping in giving Bollywood better roles for women. Even in that Mary topic, people were justifying the third grade dance by saying no one expected Kareena to dance good and the important element in the dance is the expression and OMG look at her expressions blah blah. Like there's always some excuse or the other to pass off any crap done by Kareena as a masterpiece.
